Another prominent personal has passed away, Russ T Nailz Stolnack who was an American comedian, he was so full of humorous impressions of Anchorman movies’ Ron Burgundy character and other musical stylings, he was reported dead on 9 March 2022.
Comedian Russ was 64 years old at the time of death, Barbara Stolnack Luke, who is Russ sister confirmed his death, and radio brother Chris Cantore.
Likewise, Nailz’s former workplace, 91X radio, also shared the news on Twitter, expressing their sadness on the loss of the legendary San Diegan. Similarly, on Twitter, Former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer called him a true San Diego legend and a man who had a heart of gold. Yet his cause of death remains unknown.
Russ started comedian since 1957 at RasisFunny, and won The National Speakers Associations Humorous Speaker Competition, a Cable Ace Award, and six regional Emmy Awards
Russ was also a former on-air personality at KPRI Radio 106.7 FM (March 1978 to 1980), where he hosted Open Mic at Comedy Store La Jolla and Rock and Religion.
Who also used to work at 91X – San Diego doing the first-morning show on The Rock of the 80s, Nailz and The JET. And before his death, he used to work at The Big Biz Show as a host/producer and Live High LIVE! as an executive producer, co-creator, and host.

According to his bio on RussisFunny, he was writing a book whose first chapter was titled Get Married and Have Kids. Similarly, he was an entertaining musician, beginning on 26 November 2021. A rendition of the 1995 Bobby Darin’s hit song Dream Lover is the last video on his YouTube.

As for his net worth, the exact figure remains unknown. However, Salary.com says that the average comedian earns about $47 thousand in San Diego.
